  • Apple cider vinegar: E fit help to restore balance and reduce itching. After you don shampoo and rinse finish, use 1/2 cup of Apple cider vinegar with 1 1/2 cup of cool water wey you don mix together to rinse your hair.  No rinse-am comot, just deep condition immediately and rinse comot after.   2. Mix lemon or lime juice with small coconut oil: Apply lemon or lime juice wey you don mix with coconut oil for your scalp and leave-am for like 15-20 minutes. Wash-am comot with sulphate-free shampoo. Deep condition after.
  3. Mix lemon or lime juice with plain youghurt and honey: The combination of these three things de work wonder. The kind acid wey de inside lemon or lime and plain yogurt plus honey wey be correct moisturizer go help remove the dandruff and leave your scalp moisturize. Apply the combination for your head.  Leave-am for like 15-20 minutes. Wash-am comot with sulphate-free shampoo. Deep condition after.


Routine Recommendations to Fight and Prevent Make Dandruff Come Back

  • Maintain a Healthy Scalp: De wash your hair well with mild shampoo to remove excess oil and dirty, so that dandruff no go see space breathe.
